Couscous Spices
The most famous Moroccan herbs are the couscous herbs. It is a true taste sensation that you must love. You can't just use the spices for couscous. The combination of coriander, cinnamon, ginger, cumin and cloves gives every dish a Moroccan touch.
Preparation
- Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Do you want to use fresh ingredients instead of dried ones? Then use a mortar instead of a food processor to grind everything into a nice spice mixture.
- The flavors will come out much more in the mortar.
