True Jamaican jerk, a spicy yet aromatic spice blend commonly used in South American cuisine. The different herbs give your meat an extra taste sensation.

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Put it in a seal-able jar and store it in a dark moisture-free place

Enjoy your dinner

Allow the Jamaican jerk spice mix to absorb well into your dish by making the marinades a day in advance. Or if you use it immediately, season the meat well in advance so that all the flavors can penetrate the meat well.
