Sukju Namul

Sukju Namul is a fresh but spicy cucumber bean sprout salad perfect for an Asian sandwich or on a hot summer day.


Preparation

  • grab a bowl
  • scrape off the cucumber with the cheese slicer and cut the strands in half and put it in the bowl 
  • add the bean sprouts (first rinse under the tap), chili pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil, mix well.
