About me

As an athlete, I know how important it is to eat healthy. It's also a good thing that your meals are varied. Because I started to have health problems, I had to look for a balanced diet. During my search for a solution, it turned out that there was actually one thing that was needed to keep me fit. Namely cooking yourself with fresh, unprocessed products and high-protein ingredients.

The recipes that I use are not only for athletes. Anyone who loves good food and likes to cook can put a delicious meal on the table with this. You will find recipes from my favorite part of the world, Asia. But also from countries around the Mediterranean Sea.
