Creole dishes are prepared in many different countries. You will find it in the south of the United States up to and including the Caribbean. It is also known in a large part of South America. Creole cuisine is therefore very varied and the dishes are adapted to the local products of each area. As a result, there are several versions of each dish.
Creole cuisine has very spicy flavors, mixed with sweet and salty. The dishes are generally easy to prepare.
