Minced meat seasoning

Whether you're making meatballs, hamburgers, sausages or rolled mince for your recipe, these minced meat seasonings enrich the flavor of the meat. Regardless of whether you use the minced meat in a pan, oven, griddle or BBQ, this spice mix lets everyone enjoy it


  • Combine all the spices in a bowl and mix well If you use fresh herbs , use a mortar to grind and mix them so that the scents and flavors come out extra well
  • Store the dried spice mix in a tightly closed jar in a dark place, so they will keep for almost a year
  • Add the herbs to the minced meat one at time and mix them well so that the flavor can spread well

Enjoy your dinner

Use about 2 tablespoons of these minced meat spices per 500 g of fresh ground minced meat. If you buy ready-made minced meat from the supermarket, be more economical with the salt, usually this minced meat is already full of salt and other artificial substances such as nitrite (very bad). It is therefore always better to have the minced meat freshly ground at the butcher so that you are sure that you have pure and clean meat.

Minced meat seasoning
