Greek Galia salad

Fruit salads come in many forms and you can also combine almost any fruit. Delicious and refreshing during the summer and often easy and quick to make. This version is a Greek Galia salad that you make with simple fruit that you can always buy at a supermarket.


  • Cut the inside of the Galia melon into pieces and discard the skin
  • Cut the feta cheese into cubes or crumble them If you haven't already done so, pit the olives and cut them in half
  • Cut or tear the Parma ham into pieces or strips
  • Now add everything together in a large bow, including the croutons, and mix them together

Enjoy your dinner

This Greek Galia salad is simple but delicious with a BBQ, as a replacement for vegetables during a meal or for lunch. Ready quickly and even the next day still tasty.
